TODAY

My name is Justin Grimes.
My passion is helping others passively build generational wealth.
I didn't invent these wealth creation methods.
I studied the tools used by the most wealthy and successful families to build my own destiny.

And that is what I help others do -
Learn about wealth creation and protection through investing in
Commercial Real Estate Syndications (group investments).

Since the loss of my father, Mike, in 2016, commercial real estate investing has become a passion of mine as I work to secure my mother’s retirement income as well as multi-generational wealth for my family.  I am fascinated by the concept of creating passive income through various investment strategies to achieve financial independence and am passionate about helping others do the same.  At Timbermoss Capital, I oversee all capital raising efforts, acquisitions and investor relations.
My wife Brittany and I have two sons, Jensen and Cooper, as well as a crazy dog named Jojo.   I love playing with the kids, hanging out in the pool and working at our family's ranch outside of Huntsville, TX.  I actively volunteer for Junior Achievement in Galveston County with the intent to help the next generation of owners, employees and citizens create foundational knowledge of how money works in the world.  I am also the host of the popular investing webinar, Engineering Wealth Show.

I earned my MBA by attending night school at the University of Houston's Bauer College of Business and I received my BA in Science at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
